Do you sell Protein powders (Herbalife or Nutrilite etc) or products to lose weight?

“Big NO”
We Transform does not sell any products like tablets, powders or massages to lose weight. We believe that “Your kitchen is your healing centre.” Most of your problems with your health are related to Food, Fitness & Mindset. So we work only on these factors and get you to achieve your goal.

Generally, as per our past experience we have clients lose between 2-4 kgs per month. However, in some exceptional cases, we have seen some clients lose even 8-10 kgs. However, its not advisable to lose more than 2-4 kgs a month. It purely depends on the currently health condition. Remember, its not how much you lose in one month, its how well have you eaten and followed the protocol to improve your lifestyle.

Not necessary.
Most of our members are located quite far away and also live in 9 different countries.
So you do not need to come down to meet us. This is an online program and we will
connect with you to discuss in detail of how we can make a plan to help you achieve
your goals.

This depends on your goals & duration of services. Once we finish the first round of detailed analysis we will be able to give you the options which suit you the best.

As per our experience we have seen 3 kind of members.

  1. Achieve about 5 Kgs per month and sometimes even more
  2. Who have lost about 2-3 Kgs per month
  3. Someone who have lost 1-2 Kgs.

    All the above types of members have achieved these results based on their body type, amount of fat in the body, commitment and adherence. So if you want to see more results, stick to program and follow the protocol we give.

There are only 2 conditions:

You will follow our diet and exercise protocol. This means you have to share the meal pics and workout updates daily without fail.

You will share all the pre-existing health issues.

In case, you still fail to achieve your goal after following our plan without any changes then we will refund your entire amount without holding back any fee.

NO!

Our plans are not standard or pre-set. This means we work along with you to understand your lifestyle, your goals and limitations. We definitely consider your likes and dislikes before making a meal plan. So, the diet will be completely tailor made as per your taste buds.

Yes

Most of our members are frequent travellers. We understand their schedule as per the first detailed analysis we conduct over the phone or face to face. We document all the details of your lifestyle and keep making plans as per your travel.

90% of our clients are online. Most of them have never met us face to face. In fact, we have served clients in 9 countries. So it does not matter where you live. As long as you can be in touch.

We have had clients as young as 3 yr olds. We have many kids between the age of 7-14yrs who are facing digestive issues or low immunity.
